These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and ze999 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). Users who access ze999 from jurisdictions where such activities are restricted do so entirely at their own risk.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been legally declared incompetent are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ze999 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other form of gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation.

To access the full range of ze999 services, you must complete the registration process and create a ze999 account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. ze999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Validity period: Bonus funds and free spins are valid for a defined period following credit. Unused bonus value will expire at the end of this period.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled after the point of confirmation, except where explicitly permitted under ze999's cash-out or bet cancellation features.
• ze999 displays odds and potential returns prior to bet confirmation. The payout for any winning bet is calculated at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a technical error that results in the display of incorrect odds, ze999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ze999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Creating or operating more than one ze999 account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ze999 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the ze999 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Exploiting errors, software glitches, or technical faults in the ze999 platform for financial gain;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ze999 platform, its infrastructure, or any other user's account;
• Communicating abusive, threatening, or harassing content to ze999 staff or other users.

All content on the ze999 platform, including but not limited to the ze999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ze999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ze999 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ze999 content without prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on ze999 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ze999 software or platform component;
• Use ze999 branding, trademarks, or intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised.

Any unauthorised use of ze999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. ze999 actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.

ze999 is committed to protecting the personal data of its registered users. The collection, storage, and use of personal information on the ze999 platform is governed by ze999's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. ze999 collects personal information for the purpose of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the player experience. ze999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

ze999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ze999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ze999's liability for death or personal injury caused by ze999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ze999.

ze999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any ze999 account, and to withhold or forfeit account balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification to ze999's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ze999 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where closure occurs for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the player's own request), ze999 will process any eligible outstanding balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following completion of any pending verification checks.
